Returns
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
How to Start a Return

Pack the item securely and ship it using a reliable courier.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 days.
There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different color, style, or item, just email info@svulp.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the exchange for you.

Change of mind: Accepted if unused and in original packaging.
