Returns

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@svulp.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions along with the correct return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a reliable courier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 days.
There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different color, style, or item, just email info@svulp.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the exchange for you.

Conditions

  • Change of mind: Accepted if unused and in original packaging.

  • Defective item: Send us clear photos and we’ll replace or refund it.

  • Damaged on arrival: Report within 48 hours with photos.

  • Incorrect item: Contact us immediately and we’ll send the right product at no extra cost.

  • Package not received: Reach out so we can investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing info@svulp.com 
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it once it arrives.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, email photos of the item and packaging to info@svulp.com  We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
