Free Delivery
Shipping is free on every order, regardless of size or destination.
Lost Package?
If your parcel is lost or undeliverable due to a courier issue, contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Home or Pickup Point Deliveries

If your package is delivered to a pickup point, we cover the delivery cost.

If the parcel isn’t collected and gets sent back to us, a €25 fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the return charges.
